01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 89gd ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 89gd website at https://89gd.pro and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors.
By accessing the Service, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and, if applicable, close your account.
02Eligibility
To register and use the Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and are not subject to any restriction preventing you from using online gaming services.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You have not previously been excluded from or had an account terminated by 89gd for a breach of these Terms.
- You will only use payment accounts registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds on the platform.
89gd reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify compliance with any eligibility requirement at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until verification is complete.
03Account Registration
To access the full range of Services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information as requested. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
- Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on 89gd. Operating more than one account simultaneously, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 89gd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
- You must promptly notify 89gd at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
- Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are processed in BDT at the rates applicable at the time of the transaction.
89gd reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
04Deposits and Withdrawals
89gd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard. Available payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned where practicable.
- Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Enhanced verification may be required for withdrawals above certain thresholds, as is standard practice for online gaming platforms.
- 89gd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may attract processing fees levied by the receiving institution, which are outside 89gd's control.
If a deposit cannot be credited to your account due to technical issues or payment gateway errors, 89gd will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the matter promptly. The Platform accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
05Bonuses and Promotions
89gd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements associated with each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
- Bonuses are credited as bonus funds or free spins and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with applicable wagering requirements. Bonuses credited in error will be voided.
- 89gd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including altering wagering requirements or modifying maximum withdrawal limits.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple claims using different accounts or payment methods constitute bonus abuse.
- Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion. Free spins have a fixed value per spin as specified in the promotion terms.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent bonus conditions — including exploiting technical errors, using arbitrage strategies, or deliberately losing wagers to another account — constitutes abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent account closure.
06Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on 89gd. Game-specific rules are available within each individual game interface and supersede these general rules where there is a direct conflict:
- All bets are final once confirmed. 89gd does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where 89gd has made an obvious and demonstrable error in the stated odds or game outcome.
- 89gd reserves the right to void bets in the event of a system malfunction, data feed error, or force majeure event affecting the integrity of the outcome. Where bets are voided, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may be adjusted by 89gd at any time.
- Live casino and live sports betting outcomes are determined by real events or real dealers. 89gd does not influence the outcome of any live casino game or sporting event. Results are binding as communicated by the relevant data or game provider.
89gd uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. RNG outputs are periodically audited by independent testing laboratories. The RTP percentage for each game is available in the game information panel.
07Responsible Gaming
89gd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered account holders at no charge:
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
- Session time limits: set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive an on-screen notification when your set time is reached.
- Cooling-off period: take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but betting and deposit functionality is suspended.
- Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months once applied.
08Account Security
89gd employs SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and access credentials. The following security obligations apply to all users:
- You must use a strong, unique password for your 89gd account. 89gd recommends a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols of at least 10 characters in length.
- You must not access your 89gd account from a shared or public device unless you are certain no credentials will be stored or accessible by other users of that device.
- 89gd will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from 89gd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
89gd's security team monitors accounts for unusual activity. If suspicious activity is detected, 89gd may temporarily suspend the affected account pending investigation and will contact the account holder at the registered email address.
09Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 89gd. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
- Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents platform controls.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using 89gd to launder money or conduct any other financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting patterns.
- Impersonating another person, providing false identity documents, or misrepresenting any material fact to 89gd, including your age, identity, or the source of funds used for deposits.
89gd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of prohibited conduct. Evidence of prohibited activity is retained and may be disclosed to relevant authorities as required by law.
10Suspension and Termination
89gd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account holder has engaged in fraud, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct; (c) continuation of the account presents a risk of financial, legal, or reputational harm to the Platform; or (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires the Platform to do so.
Upon account closure, any bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to any hold or investigation will be returned to the account holder via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements.
11Intellectual Property
All content on the 89gd platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall arrangement and selection of content (collectively, "89gd Content") — is the property of 89gd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 89gd Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any 89gd Content without the prior written consent of 89gd.
12Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89gd excludes all liability for the following:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, whether caused by technical failure, server downtime, or any other factor.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, even if 89gd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Losses resulting from your reliance on information, content, or functionality provided by third-party game providers or payment processors integrated into the platform.
13Privacy

15Governing Law and Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 89gd's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. 89gd operates as a private online gaming platform serving Bangladesh players and does not make any claim to licensing under any specific regulatory framework unless explicitly stated in a separate regulatory disclosure.
